200 g Marinated herring
100 g Canned clams, chopped
2 Small shallots, chopped
2 Tbsp Capers
1 Tbsp Fresh red chili, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh spring onions, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh coriander, roughly chopped
Dash of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cut all ingredients into small pieces and mix.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  3. Serve on buttered, Scandinavian-style rye bread.
