200 g Clams, chopped 200 g Salt cod (Bacalao) 100 g Baking potatoes, cubed 1 Onion, chopped 2 cloves Garlic 1 Bunch of fresh dill, finely chopped 1 DL Good olive oil Zest of one lime

  1. Bake the salt cod in half the olive oil at 150°C along with the potatoes, onion, and garlic.
  2. Carefully combine all ingredients in a mixer, flavoring with lime zest and fresh ground pepper to taste.
  3. Form the brandade mixture into balls or patties, coating with egg and bread crumbs and deep frying for several minutes. Serve hot or cold.
