100 g Chopped clams, smoked
100 g Shrimp, cooked and peeled
2 Tbsp Sour cream (36% fat)
2 Tbsp Mayo
1 Small shallot, chopped
2 Hardboiled eggs, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp Capers
1 tsp Fresh dill, finely chopped
1 clove Garlic, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
- Rinse the clams well in a sieve.
- Carefully mix ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with cherry tomatoes, lime, and fresh dill.
